At the Eastmont Foundation, our mission is to create a brighter tomorrow for Lincoln's seniors, today. With a history of compassionate care, we have provided over $1.3 million in charitable hospice care since the inception of the Monarch. We believe in supporting our community's elders through life's transitions and providing compassionate care during their final chapters. Through our programs and initiatives, we strive to enhance the quality of life for seniors, ensuring they receive the support and resources they need to thrive.
