Volunteer: All School Graduation Party 2026All School Graduation is a community‑wide celebration for the graduating class, hosted by the nonprofit Marvilee. It’s designed not just as a party, but as a positive send‑off that connects graduates and their families with local support, opportunities, and resources to help them succeed after school. The event typically includes music, food, games, prizes, and chances to engage with community organizations offering employment, education, mentorship, wellness, and other opportunities, creating a fun, supportive space to honor the achievement of our 2026 graduating class. Volunteer Responsibilities Graduation Party 5/30/2026 at 1:00 pm Volunteer Check-in – Marshall and Talisha will help get you to your assigned duties (5) Set up – help set up chairs and table, Step & Repeat Wall, Marvilee Tent, decorations, and games (5) Break Down – break down tables and chairs for pick up (Uneek EVENTS) (2) Break Down – Marvilee Tent, Step & Repeat wall (5) Clean up Park- make sure all trash is disposed of and the park is left clean (10) Social Media Crew – Take pictures of the event and post to ASGP socials (5) Floaters – Help guests navigate the event (5) Crowd Control – give direction and answer questions (2) Crown Control – Count all guests in attendance (4) Check-in tables – have all guests scan the QR code to check in and give out swag bags (2) Resource Booth – Help guests find tables and the program (4) Parking lot attendant – help Food Trucks and guests find parking (2) Set up Chef Nazim Khan Agency: Marvilee All School Graduation is a community‑wide celebration for the graduating class, hosted by the nonprofit Marvilee.
