Afghan Women's Class

Description

The Afghan Elders Class is designed to provide a supportive environment for Afghan elders and women. This class offers participants an opportunity to promote community health and wellness, empower women within the community, and share their experiences.

  • Watch the children of those attending the class

  • Ensure children are safe at all times, both during play and structured activities, and that they follow established safety protocols.

  • Encourage creativity, social interaction, and positive behavior.

  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom or play space.


The primary focus of this volunteer position is to provide childcare for Afghan Elders Class while their mothers attend a class, and tune into a variety of educational presentations.
