ACCC will host the 2025 Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month Celebration event at the Sandhills Global Event Center (Lancaster Event Center) Lincoln Room on May 3rd from 1-5PM. We will have cultural performances, food samples, fun family activities, and resources for newcomers to our community at the event.
Volunteers are needed for three separate shifts throughout the day, detailed below.
| Shift 1 - Setup: 9:30am-1pm | Shift 2 - Work Event: 1-5pm | Shift 3 - Cleanup: 4:30pm-6pm |

Duties: Start at the Asian Center to load vans, take items to event site A. set up tables and chairs, decorate the stage and the entire venue. |
Duties: A. ACCC Welcoming Table (3 volunteers) B. ACCC food tables (help carry food in and out, serve) (6 volunteers) *Volunteers working the event during this shift should wear black or green. |
