Curry Clash is our annual food fundraiser that includes a variety of amateur and professional chefs who compete against each other in different categories of curry-inspired dishes. This event is incredibly popular, tickets sold out in 8 hours!
We are still in need of volunteers to help make the event a success. Volunteers will assist with serving 2-4oz sample portions, bussing tables throughout the event, and helping with post-event cleanup. Please sign up for the shift time that works best for you based on what you would prefer to help with.
Shift Time 1 : Event Setup (12:30pm - 3:00pm)
Duties: (10 volunteers needed)
1. Unloading the supplies
2. Setting up chef booths
3. Setting up and decorating guest tables
Shift Time 2 : During the event (4:30pm - 8:00pm)
Duties : (19 volunteers needed)
1. Assisting chefs with unloading and locating their booths (arrival 4:30pm - 5:00pm)
2. Bussing tables during the event
3. Serving sample portions at the chef booths
**Volunteers for this shirt MUST wear preferably a long-sleeve white button-up shirt and black pant. If not available, a plain white shirt and black pants are acceptable.
**Volunteers may eat after 7:00pm and only allow 10 food samples, no double sampling (rotate through zones as needed)
Shift Time 3: Cleanup (7:45pm - 9:00pm)
Duties: (10 volunteers needed)
1. Bussing and disposing of all items on tables
2. Loading event supplies back into the vans
