THE ORCHESTRA MOVES

LIED CENTER FOR PERFORMING ARTS
Join LSO to learn about how music moves! As organized sound, music moves through time and space, from high to low, creating patterns and motifs, moving us emotionally. Music also compels us to move physically and is embodied in many kinds of dance. Discover all the interwoven ways in which the orchestra moves! Join us one hour before the concert for complimentary face painting, an instrument petting zoo, crafts, and other family activities. This is a national program of Carnegie Hall’s Weill Music Institute.
