What We Do
TeamMates of Lincoln matches an adult volunteer to meet with a student in grades 3-12 weekly to help them realize their strengths, develop hope for their future, and simply to listen. Matches have fun together playing games, crafting, shooting hoops, or just talking. Matches are made thoughtfully, based on common interests and your choice of school and/or grade level. Visits last one class period and only take place at the school. Last school year, Lincoln TeamMates served 1,250 students. Hundreds more look forward to meeting their future TeamMate, and one young person can’t wait to meet you.
