What We Do
Bridges to Hope, is a non-profit organization committed to supporting and empowering individuals reintegrating into our community after incarceration. For over 15 years, we've been dedicated to providing essential items such as clothing, furniture, household goods, and hygiene products, all at no cost, to help rebuild lost possessions and foster successful new beginnings. As often the initial point of contact post-incarceration, our team is deeply committed to offering hope and encouragement as individuals navigate the journey to rejoin society. Whether it's a pair of work boots, a comfortable bed, or kitchen essentials for preparing family meals, Bridges to Hope offers the invaluable gift of a Second Chance.
