Juneteenth Celebration VolunteerÂ
Linked2Literacy (L2L) is seeking enthusiastic volunteers to represent our organization at the Juneteenth Celebration, a family-friendly event focused on connection, culture, and community.
As a booth volunteer, you'll help share Linked2Literacy's mission of promoting literacy and educational opportunities, engage with attendees, answer questions about our programs, and help families learn about resources available in our community. Volunteers will also assist with booth activities, distribute materials, and create a welcoming environment for visitors of all ages.
This celebration brings together families, neighbors, local businesses, and community organizations for a day of live entertainment, youth activities, community resources, and connection. Juneteenth commemorates an important moment in American history and highlights resilience, unity, and the strength of our community.
We're looking for friendly, outgoing individuals who enjoy meeting new people and are passionate about literacy, education, and community engagement. Whether you're a longtime supporter or new to L2L, your help will make a meaningful impact. Join us in celebrating community while helping connect families with opportunities to learn, grow, and thrive!
L2L Staff will provide all of the booth resources and will connect with volunteers beforehand to go over relevant details!
