Responsibilities: Run individual carnival game stations by explaining rules, encouraging participation, managing turns, and helping keep the games fun and running smoothly throughout the event. Ideal strengths: energetic, friendly, good with kids and families, clear communicators, patient, and comfortable engaging with crowds.
