The court monitoring program helps to ensure that impaired driving cases in Nebraska are handled consistently and swiftly, that victims are treated appropriately, and their rights are upheld during court proceedings.
As a Court Monitor Volunteer, individuals are responsible for collecting and observing the court system. There are both in-person and virtual opportunities within the Court Monitoring program.
Skills/Training Requirements: Background check, good listening skills, completion of MADD orientation and Court Monitoring training, and daytime availability.
